Maintenance standards:
Ensure that the oil storage in the oil tank is more than 1/2 of the volume of the entire oil tank, the tank surface should be clean, no oil leakage or dripping is allowed at each welding point, no impurities are allowed inside the coarse filter screen installed at the oil tank mouth, the oil outlet pipe, oil return pipe and the oil drain screw at the bottom of the oil tank should be fastened, and the oil tank should be firmly fixed as a whole.
Equipment required:
Cotton yarn, box spanner.
Maintenance method:
1. Inspection method of oil quantity. For the oil tank with transparent measuring pipe, only visual inspection is required; For the oil tank equipped with oil gauge, the gauge can be taken out by hand for inspection; For the oil tank without measuring pipe and oil gauge, remove the oil tank cap for inspection. If the oil quantity does not meet the requirements, it shall be added in time.
2. Inspection method for oil leakage at welding point. First, observe whether there is oil stain below the welding part of the entire oil tank. If there is oil stain at a certain part, carefully inspect the welding part. When there is oil leakage at the welding position, the oil tank shall be removed, the diesel inside shall be drained, and then the tank shall be filled with fresh water, which shall be repaired by welding.
3. Inspection of various fixing screws. First, observe whether there is oil stain on the oil outlet pipe, oil return pipe and oil drain screw at the bottom of the oil tank with visual method. If there is oil stain, tighten the screw with a box wrench.
4. Wipe the outside of the oil tank with cotton yarn or machine cloth.
