Causes and Treatment of Diesel Generator Voltage Instability

1. Solution to looseness of wire connection: check all connection parts of diesel generator set and repair. Ship repair 2. The solution to the failure of the voltage current selector switch of the control panel: replace the switch for the diesel generator set.

2. Solution to failure of voltage current selector switch of control panel: replace the switch with diesel generator set.
3. Solution to failure of voltage regulating resistor of control panel: replace the voltage regulating resistor.
4. Solution to voltmeter failure: replace the voltmeter.
5. Solution to poor regulator or no regulator adjustment: check the regulator.
6. Solution to excessive vibration of diesel generator set: check the shock absorber of diesel generator set.
7. Solution to unstable engine speed: adjust or replace engine fuel system parts to stabilize the speed.
