MAN B&W 8K90MC-C ME Exhaust Valve Spindle & Seat Reconditioning

The refurbishment of the exhaust valve stem of the main engine adopts gas shielded welding, using nickel based materials for welding, which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant. The exhaust valve seat is made of plasma welding and Stellite material, which is resistant to high temperature and erosion. It is finely machined according to MAN's original factory drawings, and the W-shaped valve face has good sealing effect. This batch of spare parts comes from a large container ship of an international shipping company in Taiwan. Our company strictly controls the process and selects high-quality welding materials for welding to ensure the installation and service life.
ME Exhaust Valve Spindle is reconditioned with Nimonic material by argon protected welding, which anti-corrosive & high-temperature resistance. Exh Valve Seat is reconditioned with stelliete material by plasma arc welding, fine machined the W valve seating according to MAN original sketch.
