DMTech Delivered Successfully All Sets of Reconditioned ME Parts

Due to years of reputation and service for Turkey ship owners, we got the order of all sets MV N*** ME parts reconditioning items. The ME type is AKASAKA MITSUBISHI 6UEC45LSE. The order is for all cylinder covers, piston crowns , piston rods, piston skirts, cooling jackets for cyl liners & covers, Exh V spindles & seats, totally 8sets*6pcs, also several parts as spares.
It’s a big challenge to complete all reconditioning jobs in so short term. Especially for UEC type ME parts, the material of piston crown is special. The piston skirts with no copper band. We should modify it and should be very careful for the clearance of out-diameter. We should control the deformation and the ovality of cooling jackets, there is not any sketches for jackets. We should map the sketch and calculate the clearance.
